This prediction is based on a rather poor image of a store listing of the Mi Band 7 with NFC priced at 269 Yuan ($40.19). There is also speculation that the Mi Band 7 will have a GPS sensor and support more than 100 watch faces.

Apple and Xiaomi are often number 1-2 when it comes to portable shipments. And last year’s Mi Band 6 was just as popular as the first five iterations of the device. In the fourth quarter of last year, Apple shipped 59.7 million Apple Watch units, which was good enough for a leading market share of 34.9%. That was followed by Xiaomi’s 14.6 million Q4 shipments, giving the Mi Band 6 an 8.6% wearables market share in the last quarter of last year.
