Samsung has launched a new limited edition version of the Galaxy Z Flip 3. This time the foldable gets a new fashionable version, namely a special Muzik Tiger edition.
The Galaxy Flip range is becoming a staple in popular culture and Samsung seems eager to push the boundaries of their iconic foldable in that regard. The Korean tech giant first released a Thom Browne limited edition of the Galaxy Z Flip 3, followed by a Pokemon last month.
This time, Samsung is launching a special edition of the Galaxy Z Flip 3, inspired by Muzik Tiger. For reference, Muzik Tiger is a popular Korean design label. The device will go on sale in Korea starting May 16, starting at KRW 1,280,400 (equivalent to approximately $1,030) for the base model.
The limited edition device comes with a special clear case, a key ring, a pop grip and a special pouch. All accessories will share the Muzik Tiger theme. It should be noted that users will get the standard Galaxy Z Flip 3, with only the additional accessories and packaging receiving the Muzik Tiger brand.
When foldables first made their debut in the smartphone market, the promise of potential was what ultimately drew many to the new form factor. However, few expected foldables to become popular fashion items.
With the introduction of the Galaxy Flip lineup, this is exactly what happened. Its unique design, which is futuristic and nostalgic at the same time, is one of the things that makes the Flip much more successful than its older (and bigger) brother, the Fold.
These special editions of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 show just how attractive its foldable design is. Both previous special editions sold out within hours. Something tells us that Muzik Tiger one will follow suit.
