Months before the foldable phone’s debut and just six hours after the Galaxy Z Fold 4’s design has been detailed, an exciting new leak featuring CAD-based renders reveals what the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 should look like.

Thanks to the ever-reliable Steve Hemmerstoffer (better known as OnLeaks) and 91Mobiles, the renders in question boast an extremely familiar design that makes it difficult to distinguish the Flip 4 from the Flip 3. The next-generation Samsung Foldable retains the 6.7-inch perforated screen used on every Galaxy Z Flip model to date and combines it with the same slim, raised bezels. These are black coated and have small rubber parts to protect the screen.
Flipping the Galaxy Z Flip 4 over reveals a two-tone design, borrowed again from last year’s product. The top part is covered in black glass and the rest of the back comes in the color of your choice.
That black area houses a secondary screen, which is said to be slightly larger than last year’s equivalent, and two cameras – one of them should act as the main sensor, while the other is expected to be an ultra-wide lens. There is also an LED flash, although it is placed lower at the back.
Perhaps the biggest visual difference between the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Z Flip 3 is the size. Today’s report says the folding dimensions for 2022 are 165.1 x 71.9 x 7.2mm versus the 166 x 72.2 x 6.9mm of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3.
